We met probably the best dressed dogs in the world this past weekend at Cooper’s Park. Meet Scarlet and Jasmine (at centre and right)- two red poodles. The wore full on outfits: jean overalls and blouses! Their owner is originally from Tokyo where it’s very popular to dress a dog. In fact, this woman creates the clothes herself! For more pics, check out their blog. The dogs’ owner is a great photographer and has some super cute and funny pics of the pups.
